Main Role Objective

Help devise and execute a marketing communications strategy for the group of Extraordinary properties based on the organisation’s business goals and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve KPIs.

Primary Responsibilities

The marketing manager is responsible for the implementation of the marketing and communications plans for all Extraordinary properties as well as the Extraordinary brand. This strategy is in line with the annual business plan but requires agility to pivot and adjusting strategy in line with market trends. The role encompasses a centralised communication hub which ensures all internal and external stakeholders are kept informed and updated regularly. 

Minimum requirements:

  • Marketing and/or Communications qualification 
  • Marketing Management experience: 5+ years 
  • Tourism/travel and or hospitality experience is required 
  • Management experience is essential 

Logistics:

  • Work from Extraordinary Head Office, Bryanston 
  • Level: Intermediate to senior 
  • Permanent role 
  • 3-month probation 
  • 40 hours per week 
  • Salary: Based on experience
